Each player may register and maintain only one account on the gb333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gb333 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gb333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You should notify gb333 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

1. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
2. Registering an account on behalf of a third party without that party's explicit consent.
3. Using another player's account credentials, whether with or without that player's knowledge.
4. Attempting to transfer, sell or acquire a gb333 account from or to any other person.

gb333 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further verification.

gb333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where gb333 reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 5.
• The player is found to be under the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• gb333 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a regulatory requirement, or a court or other competent authority order.

Upon termination of a player account, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any bonus funds or funds subject to ongoing investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds where the applicable wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited upon termination.
